I like this idea
I still believe McLemore has some potential.

Dallas should say no and give Dirk a last playoff run.
But if they're going in rebuilt mode, McLemore isn't a bad asset.

Doesn't work for Dallas. Moving Barnes to the four and Dirk to the five would make this one of the worst offensive teams in the league. Gay's inefficient play takes touches out of Barnes hands.

Matthews is going to have a big year this year - my long shot bet for most improved player. Plus, his contract looks reasonable after the craziness of this summer. No way Dallas does this.
