Bulls trade: Jimmy Butler

- Lakers sign Durant and Conley to a max
- Sign Pau Gasol on a huge pay-cut
- resign Clarkson

C- Gasol.

Bulls don't need randle there getting plenty. Wolves got basically Wiggins for love. Love was averaging 24 and 12. That's two cornerstones especially if lakes get one or two plus Russell for Butler.

Lakers trade: Clarkson (Sign and trade), Nance, Brown
Magic trade: Herzonja

Why magic make the trade?
Magic already have their SG and SF of the future in Oladipo and Harris so keeping Herzonja on the bench can stunt his growth and hurt his overall potential. Clarkson, Nance and Brown can all be solid bench players with Clarkson also having the possibility to become the starter

Why lakers make the trade?
Clarkson is definitely playing better, but him and Russell don't play well with each other. Adding Herzonja gives them a true SG who has the potential to be elite at his position.

Thoughts?

Honestly I don't like it for the Magic. They can't do a sign and trade till the offseason and if the Magic want Clarkson so bad just offer more money than the Lakers are willing to pay. Clarkson is nice but he doesn't have star potential. Herzonja may be raw right now and not getting a lot of PT but his ceiling is higher than Oladipo or Harris.

Has anyone seen Mario lately? He has been playing on a high level and will become an NBA elite star. The only thing Clarkson can do is score.
