I think philly is still evaluating the bigs. So this would be a February deal if it happens.

Is this supposed to be 21 savage?
And Philly would need to add slightly more.

Why would philly add more? Clarkson isn't anything special.

Lakers would not give up Clarkson for Noel. He is a free agent this summer. They give up to much for someone that can pull a Howard.

And clarkson will was a free agent last summer. Noel is restricted. If you want him you keep him. Kinda like a try out before you pay him.

Noel's not anything special either tre. At least Clarkson doesn't have problems off the court, has no serious injury history like Noel, and has embraced playing off the bench instead of starting unlike Noel and Noel will also demand more money in FA.

Agree with THE KING, rather keep Clarkson for all the reasons mentioned than deal for Noel.

I think it would be a good trade but Philly needs to add a pick or another player.

I think Noel would love playing for LA, he would fit in well with them at the center. Idk how Randle and Noel would work together seeing that Randle isn't a stretch 4 and both players would occupy that space. But that's a good problem to have. Now if only LA can get rid of that awful contract of Mozgof.

The king

So annoy special player for a not special player at a much less common position. Clarkson, as I've said for years, is extremely common in the NBA. Noel is a rare type of player and of course a lot younger then clarkson in the development stage of his career. Noel doesn't have an injury problem. He tore his acl in college. this year was a voluntary knee procedure because he wasn't going to play enough minutes. Guy was just getting 100 percent before a trade or an off season signing. It made sense given the sixers situation. Why we draft three bigs in a row I do not know.
