One of the most one-sided trades I've seen. Lakers get by far the best player amd ditch by far the worst contract. A laker dream. Nor even close to reality.

Ball would have to be involved as well.

knicks should def be sending out noah in a deal like this, especially if they were to take on deng. i don’t really know what else to say about this trade except the lakers don't have enough assets to get porzingis, even if they added their 2019 first.

There's no need for the Knicks to trade Noah when they're rebuilding.

I think the Knicks would win 35 games with this team, so they will have a late lottery pick.
They would move up in the draft if they trade Porzingis for young talents and draft picks. so they can draft Porter next year.
Porzingis is better than Ingram for the moment, but i believe Ingram has the same star potential.
So the Knicks receive an equal star on a longer rookie contract, they can tank for two more years and they receive two more draft picks they can use to get some more young talents.

I know it looks ridiculous to trade Porzingis for Ingram and a bad contract, but this could make the Knicks better longterm. Unless you believe they can sign big free agents the next few years.
