Okay. This involves another Oakfor to Celtics trade but with a lakers twist.

Sixers lakers Celtics:

Sixers trade Okafor and Noel
Sixers get the 2 pick ( Ingram) and smart.

Lakers trade two pick
Lakers get third pick and Noel ( lakers draft bender who some report they like over Ingram anyway)

Celtics trade third pick and smart.
Celtics get Okafor.

I won't get into philly and Celtics benefits as it seems obvious.

Lakers give up the two pick. That a lot of value But they only drop one spot and some reports are they like bender anyway. Noel seems pretty nice upgrade for lakers. Noel fixes all the defensive issue at the rim la had last year. I'd probably give bender a year to develope before starting him over Randel or Noel.

This make any sense to you guys?

Lakers don't prefer Bender over Ingram. They are not trading the #2 pick unless it's for a proven player.

Everybody knows that the 76ers love draft picks more than actually being good, but to trade both your big guys who are basically your only good players seems a bit excessive.

Noel will be the best defensive big in like 3 years and Bender is the perfect compliment to his game.

I read a few reports out of laker land that they feel Ingram is just too small of frame. Bender they feel could be a prozingus type. And it wasn't just one report.

I do agree that they want to get a proven player but what if no one will do business with them? I don't think Ingram or Russel or Randel would do it for me for any proven player in this league.

Paul George no way. Jimmy butler is a stretch because he's a solid two way player but not a superstar worth a big package like that. I honestly don't see anyone trading a franchise piece for that package and the lakers are looking for a franchise piece.

So this would give them much needed players in the big man spots. Bender will take some time because he's a euro though. Great height and potential but still a euro.

This is a good trade if Embiid turns fine. Otherwise it's a risk. I Really like Noel for his defense.

Bender could be good (Porzingis or he could be a bust ( D Milicic)

If LA, doesn't like Ingram, they should trade Russell and draft Dunn.

Most reports are just writers giving their opinion on why Lakers should consider taking Bender. If we cannot trade for a superstar we will just stick with our young core. I'd much rather overpay for a Center (Biyombo, Ezeli, Noah) than trade Ingram for one. Hell I'd rather start Sacre at Center rather than trade Ingram for one.

PG: Russell
SG: Clarkson
SF: Ingram
PF: Randle
C:?

Looks like a pretty promising future to me.

Cool cjl

I've actually read a few runors Sixers plan to trade them both anyway. It is excessive but it's all about return.

If Sixers trade then both and get Simmons and Ingram and a pg it's not exactly for nothing.

They could start a full team for the first time in a while.

Smart, Ingram, Simmons, saric and Embiid.

The backups could easily be

Ish staukis Covington grant and Holmes.

Embiid seems determined to play this year so I think that's a safe bet. I doubt he plays much more then 20 a games. Saric has told everyone this is his last year there.

And the backs ups are assuming they make no other upgrades of any kind.

"Everybody knows that the 76ers love draft picks more than actually being good, . "

That's a Hinkie-era comment for sure. The Hinkie-era is over.

Tre- who's playing C for the Sixers for 48 minutes per game if you trade Okafor AND Noel? I don't like this idea at all.

A gamble not involving 76ers that may get me fired but might pay dividends is

Lakers get:
-2016 #3 pick,2017 Nets pick
-J.Crowder

Celtics get:
-#2 pick

Celtics Draft:
#2 -B.Ingram
#16-D.Valentine
#45-K.Felder
#51-J.Uthoff
#58-J.Layman

Another more reasonable inter-Divisional Trade to explore
other than with 76ers is

Knicks get:
-2016 Celts #23,#31,#35 picks

Celtics get:
-K.O'Quinn (an under-used PF/C in Knicks system)

Celtics FA:
-M.Williams
-J.Noah

RESIGN:
-Turner
-Jerebko

LET GO:
-Sullinger
-Zeller
-Johnson
-Holland

LINEUP:

PG:Thomas/Turner/Rozier
SG:Bradley/Smart/Hunter
SF:Ingram/Valentine/Uthoff
PF:Williams/Jerebko/Mickey
C :O'Quinn/Noah/Olynyk

D-LEAGUE:
-Felder
-Layman

A lot of reports are showing Lakers see Bender as a better prospect than Ingram because of size, but Ingram is only 19 so he will grow into his body. Not a bad trade for Lakers, but a Bender, Noel, Randle frontcourt could get crowded and still the Lakers would have a need for a SF.

Philly- Sixers have Embiid and now Holmes will be the primary back up. Grant is back up pf.

If we don't trade Noel and Okafor. grant and Holmes may never see the court again.

I'd start smart Ingram Simmons Saric and Embiid.

Holmes plays primary back up minutes at center

Ish staukis Covington grant and Holmes as back ups

And no free agent are even added yet.

The "reports" show why they should consider picking Bender. Anything else you read of Bender to the Lakers must be Celtic fans wanting Ingram to somehow fall. The Lakers usually don't let things like this leak.

The king.

Okay. I just saw thirty reports on how the lakers are trying to shop the 2nd pick for a proven player. Is that a leak as well. Are they going to just draft Ingram and develop for a while? Or is it a lie made up by the media. Can't be both. Laker let's things leak just like everyone else.
