Det-LAL
Lakers receive: KCP, 2017 2nd round pick
Pistons receive: D'angelo Russell.

Don't think the Lakers do this but I don't like the fit for Detroit either. I think Russell at sg isn't best use of his abilities although he has enough size and can shoot well enough that it could work. KCPs defensive versatility I think however makes him a better fit and he and Johnson could be a menace on the perimeter in the future with shooting to compliment the offensive development of Drummond. If I'm detroit I'm not changing much other than role players and veteran additions since they have good young pieces in place that should only improve on their past season. Going forward they may also need to move Morris or Harris for a better fit 4 man.

I think both teams say no to this.
3.) 21 Jun 2016 02:38:21
I like KCP, but I would still say no.

No way Lakers do this.
5.) 21 Jun 2016 04:29:13
Detroit would do this. Lakers wouldn't.

Terrible for lakers. Even I know Russell is more talent that kcp.

Cavs-Pistons.
Cavs receive: Steve Blake, KCP
Pistons receive: JR. Smith.
1.) 21 Jun 2016 02:08:58
And Detroit does that why? They can just sign Smith if they want him.
2.) 21 Jun 2016 02:38:03
I think Pistons would be foolish to do this deal. KCP is a 3 and D guy similar to what Smith has developed into but seven years younger. KCP fits Pistons timeline much better than Smith. Plus I think Smith after finding himself in Cleveland will opt out of his contract and sign a team friendly deal so he can stay.

No way from Pistons. KCP is more valuable than JR.
