Lemme start by saying i'm not a fan of ANY of these teams. Meeks and jennings come of the books in a year or two but it saves the NYK from melos contract which is a cancer. Trust me in year 2 he is going to have that hate kobe had for taking the legacy deal.

For one Melos contract isn't a Kobe deal, Kobe was what 36 when he signed it, melo is what 32. Secondly, you are clearly a cavs fan trying to figure out some way to make the cavs better by getting them a player they don't have the assets to get. And lastly, Knicks have plenty of money this off season to get a max player, and the offseason after that they can max out another player. Knicks are in great shape with money.

yeah, seeing as you put down the knicks give the better offensive AND defensive player. which makes about zero sense. not going to trust your analysis of Melo's contract. If you don't mind explaining this incredible thinking. why is he going to all of a sudden be awful next year? he's playing much more efficiently this year and appears to be more of a complete team player now that the entire load isn't on him. Throw in another top flight player in the off season and yeah. as a knicks fan, i'm rather content and satisfied with having melo. PASS hard on love for melo, its just an awful trade for the knicks.

You have not watched the lakers play this year probably. Randle has been picking up consistent double doubles. Also russell has some pretty good trade value nice try tho.
